背景

1、当使用XrayR作为后端时,可以使用Xray的回落特性,但是经测试,这个回落只支持http2,正好服务器想弄一个gh-proxy作为github的公共下载与clone加速,但是gh-proxy默认只支持http1.1,于是改了一下让它支持http2
